The Lake George Jr-Sr High School Drama Club is excited to announce their upcoming production of The School of Rock, a lively and fun-filled musical that promises to rock the stage! Join us on March 7th and 8th, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Lake George High School Auditorium for a night of toe-tapping tunes, hilarious moments, and incredible student talent.
Based on the hit 2003 film starring Jack Black, The School of Rock tells the story of Dewey Finn, a down-on-his-luck rock musician who impersonates a substitute teacher and inspires a class of prep-school students to form their own rock band. Packed with energetic musical numbers, humorous antics, and heartfelt moments, this show is sure to entertain audiences of all ages.
This year’s production marks a special milestone for the Drama Club as Tommy Socolof makes his directorial debut. Socolof is excited to bring his vision to life in this exciting musical. Under his direction, the students have been working tirelessly to create a high-energy performance that will leave audiences buzzing long after the curtain falls.
The talented cast of Lake George Jr.-Sr High School students has been hard at work preparing for this exciting performance, which showcases not only their acting and singing abilities but also their instrumental skills. Expect a rocking performance with live music and plenty of surprises!

General Admission tickets are available for $10.00 each and can be purchased from any cast member, at the door, or through CUR8.com. Seating is first come, first served, so be sure to arrive early to get the best seats!
