We are so excited to be able to provide our students with after-school activities The Specialists have planned many after-school activities that children may participate in. We realize some of the activities offered after school conflict with one another. While this isn’t ideal, we strive to create multiple options for our students to choose from and we hope you can help your child with that decision-making process.
On this webpage, you will find a schedule of some of the activities, as well as descriptions of the activities offered. More will be added throughout the year. Permission slips containing more information will be sent home by the teacher in charge of each activity. A late bus run leaves the school at 3:10. Parent pick-ups will start at 3:05 outside the doors next to the Library. Any changes regarding your child’s transportation home must be indicated via written note to his or her teacher or a phone call before 1 PM

Library
The library provides many opportunities throughout the year. Most co-curricular opportunities are generated from student needs, interests, and leadership. Please continually check the library website, informational flyers, social media outlets (Facebook and Twitter), and ParentSquare for current opportunities. The library is open after school for students and families to enjoy Monday-Thursday from 2:20-3:10. Students in grades K-4 must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Students in grades 5th & 6th can stay in the library after school independently to do work, participate in programs, or enjoy the collection. Students in grades 5 & 6 must sign up each day on the Google Document listed in the morning bulletin if they plan to stay after school. All students must have a plan for working during their time after school or they will not be able to attend.

This program, which culminates with a 5K run includes weekly lessons that empower girls to celebrate their bodies, honor their inner voices and embrace their gifts. Physical activity is integrated within the program to inspire an appreciation of fitness and to build habits that lead to a lifetime of health.
