Lake George High School chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) brought home impressive results from the 2024 New York State FBLA State Leadership Conference held April 10-12. The conference saw over 700 students from across the state compete in over 60 different events.
Eleven members of the Lake George FBLA chapter participated in this year’s event. Students who participated are, Ava Arakelian, Aidan Cardinale, Mila Gwinup, Prysilla Seale, Chloe Popa, Rebecca Pape, Katherine Segulijic, Cecil Pratt, Cooper Smith, Maria O’Conner, and Sofia Vannicola.
Five Students On Their Way to Nationals!
The chapter is proud to announce that five students have qualified to represent New York State at the prestigious FBLA National Leadership Conference in Orlando, Florida, this June. These outstanding individuals are:
- Rebecca Pape (1st Place, Personal Finance)
- Mila Gwinup & Prysilla Seale (2nd Place, Graphic Design)
- Cecil Pratt (3rd Place, Spreadsheet Applications)
- Katherine Seguljic & Mila Gwinup (4th Place, Sports & Entertainment Management)
Several other Lake George FBLA members received well-deserved recognition for their achievements:
