On behalf of the Lake George PTSO, welcome to a new school year!
We are an all-volunteer, non-profit organization. Please see our 2010-2011 Meeting Schedule for a list of PTSO meeting dates. PTSO meetings are held at the Elementary School and parents can bring students and younger siblings as babysitting is provided. For those of you who cannot make it to a meeting, meeting minutes are also posted on the Lake George PTSO website. We hope you’ll join us in the breadth of activities and projects that occur throughout the school year.
Being a part of the PTSO is a great way to meet Lake George teachers and staff and fellow Lake George parents with similar interests. There are many ways that you can participate and we do lots of projects or activities you might find interesting. Regardless of whether you like to work individually or with a group, if you like to work on a project during the school day or after hours, or if you like short-term projects or long-term, we welcome every level of involvement!
To get involved: Please look for sign up sheets at Open House at the beginning of the school year and at PTSO meetings. If you want to participate but can’t sign up at these events, contact our PTSO president Christine Ross at 683 8078 or christinewross@msn.com
