To print selections from Excel 2000, follow
these steps: |
1) Open up your excel file.
2) Highlight what you want printed (See the tutorial on Creating
a Student Grade Report if you do not know how to do this).
3) On the tool bar, Go to "File" >
"Print" (or just use the hotkey Ctrl+P).
4) Make sure "Selection" is selected, rather than
the default option "Active Sheet(s)".
5) Click on "Print Preview".
6) On the top of the screen, click "Setup..." >
"Page" tab.
7) Select "Landscape" or "Portrait"
depending on the aspect ratio of the selection.
Landscape is wider than it is long, and portrait is longer
than it is wide.
8) If you want your selection to print out on a specified
number of pages, select the "Fit to" option.
9) Click OK to close "Page Setup".
9) When you're ready, click "Print" to print.
